The authentication/customer verification process has been streamlined, eliminating the Picture/Caption and Personal Security Questions in favor of a more secure method of authentication. Under the new authentication method, you are able to validate your information through a phone call or text message. You now have the capability to check account balances, view transaction history and check images, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, review electronic statements, make deposits with your personal scanner, pay bills and much more! All of these convenient features are complimentary with any Franklin Synergy Bank account.

In addition to improvements to our current Internet Banking functionality, we also released a much-improved Mobile Banking system. This upgrade expanded the capabilities of your favorite mobile device including iPhone, iPad and Android applications by improving the login experience and bill payment abilities. Our EasyDeposit app is now combined with the regular FSB Mobile app. Simply login to your FSB Mobile app and begin viewing account balances, look over check images, make account transfers or loan payments, pay bills, and deposit checks all from your favorite mobile device.
