Mortgage Banker Katherine Beasley Joins Franklin Synergy Bank

KatherineBeasley.jpgFranklin, TN - April 2, 2012 - Mortgage Banker Katherine Beasley has joined the Franklin Synergy Bank mortgage team. Beasley’s appointment as Mortgage Loan Originator was announced Monday by Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington.

Beasley will be located at Franklin Synergy’s Brentwood mortgage office in the Synergy Business Park. She joins Franklin Synergy from SunTrust Bank and has more than fifteen years of mortgage origination experience.

Beasley is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky with a B.S. in Economics and Management. She also holds an M.B.A. from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Beasley is active in the community through the Exchange Club of Nashville, serving as a board member for fourteen years. She is a former board member and recording secretary for the Junior League of Nashville.

Franklin Synergy Bank opened its first branch in November 2007 in Cool Springs and earned its first profit in the first quarter of 2009. The bank topped $400 million in deposits in December 2011. The bank's assets surpassed $500 million in February 2012.

A new Downtown Franklin headquarters and branch opened on Columbia Avenue in May 2010 and an office in Brentwood opened in January 2011. In addition, Franklin Synergy operates a mortgage office in Synergy Business Park in Brentwood.
