Franklin Bank Names Sandy Green Vice President

SandyGreen.jpgFranklin, TN - August 8, 2007 - Sandy Green will serve as Pineapple Gold Club Vice President for Franklin Synergy Bank, currently being organized through the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions. The appointment was announced Tuesday by Richard Herrington, president of Franklin Financial Network, parent of Franklin Synergy Bank, in organization. Pineapple Gold Club membership provides specialized banking services including attractive interest rates and travel benefits to bank customers aged 50 and better.

"We're very fortunate to have Sandy on board. Every customer is important to Sandy; she takes very good care of them," said Herrington. Green most recently served as Vice President at Cumberland Bank until its sale in May 2007, overseeing the Heritage Club. Green served as Vice President at Franklin National Bank from 1997 until its sale in 2003. At Franklin National Bank, Green established the mature market program.

Green is a member of BankTravel, a professional association for bank travel professionals. Green is a Nashville native. She attended David Lipscomb University and is a member of Friends of Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and the Nashville Symphony Guild.

Organizers expect Franklin Synergy Bank (in organization) to open during the fourth quarter of 2007. The bank will focus on real estate lending, business banking, government and non-profit banking.
