Franklin Synergy Bank Recruits Tricia Swann as Senior Credit Analyst

TriciaSwann.jpgFranklin, TN - July 26, 2012 - Franklin Synergy Bank has recruited veteran banker Tricia Swann as Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst. In this role, she will help guide the Risk Management team through the current regulatory environment as the bank continues its rapid growth and expansion. Swann’s appointment was announced Thursday by Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington.

"Our bank has grown; as our economy recovers, borrowing needs in our community have increased. Franklin Synergy has a growing loan portfolio and Tricia will provide strong support to our bankers in serving the community’s needs,” commented Herrington.

For the past five years, Swann was with Fifth Third Bank in the Commercial Lending Division, most recently as a Commercial Relationship Manager. Her previous banking experience includes service at Cumberland Bank and Volunteer Corporate Credit Union in Brentwood. Swann began her career with SunTrust Bank in the Trust Investments Division in Nashville, TN.

Swann earned her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Lipscomb University in Nashville. She is a member of the National Association of Women MBA’s and is active in the community through the Women’s Political Collaborative of Tennessee, the Tennessee Bankers Association and Brentwood United Methodist Church.
