Franklin Synergy Bank Charter Approved

Franklin, TN - September 24, 2007 - The Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions has granted charter approval to Franklin Synergy Bank (in organization) to begin operation in Franklin, Tennessee. Franklin Synergy Bank will open in November in Aspen Brook Village, 3301 Aspen Grove Drive, Suite 106, Franklin, Tennessee. The bank will focus on real estate lending, business banking, workplace banking, government and non-profit banking.

Richard Herrington, president of the new bank, noted, "This is a major step for us. Receiving this great news means that we can begin building a bank in Franklin, a fast-growing market for both businesses and residential development. But it's also home to our bankers and our customers." He continued, "Our commitment goes beyond opening a locally owned and managed community bank.
