Franklin Synergy Bank Begins Construction on Headquarter Expansion

../Releases/DFNewConstruction.jpgFranklin, TN - January 17, 2013 - Franklin Synergy Bank completed site demolition this week on a 16,000 square foot expansion of the bank’s Columbia Avenue headquarters. Upon completion sometime late this year, the bank will have nearly doubled the size of its headquarters.

“We are expanding our home office due to growth,” noted Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington. “There will be two phases of construction. We plan to use the space to increase the footprint of our branch as well as to house our mortgage operations team. In addition, our Business Banking team will relocate to the newly expanded headquarters.”

Franklin Synergy plans to open an office in Spring Hill in February 2013 and also broke ground on a new office in Berry Farms this month. In October 2012, the bank reported that it had become the fifth largest bank of the 33 banks with offices in Williamson County, based on recently released FDIC market share data.
