Franklin Synergy Bank breaks ground on new Brentwood location

../Releases/BWGroundbreaking.jpgFranklin, TN - March 20, 2013 - Franklin Synergy Bank broke ground last week on the bank’s newest location at the corner of Town Center Way and Pewitt Drive in Brentwood. The new location will combine the bank’s current Brentwood branch located at 4930 Thoroughbred Lane and its mortgage production office currently housed in Synergy Business Park. Franklin Synergy President Richard Herrington expects the new location to be complete by the end of the year.

“We are building the Synergy Bank building in Brentwood,’ noted Herrington. “We found what we believe is the ideal location for our signature building.”

Herrington expects construction on the 15,000 square foot building to begin within about 60 days.

“Brentwood is an important market for our bank,” added Herrington. “Kay Waller and her team have been very successful in our current Brentwood location. We expect even great growth once we occupy the Synergy Bank building.”

Franklin Synergy opened an office in Spring Hill in February. In October 2012, the bank reported that it had become the fifth largest bank of the 33 banks with offices in Williamson County, based on recently released FDIC market share data.
