Veteran Banker Chris Marchetti Joins Franklin Synergy Bank in new Brentwood Office

ChrisMarchetti.jpgFranklin, TN - May 22, 2014 - Veteran banker Chris Marchetti has joined Franklin Synergy Bank as senior vice president, Commercial Banker on the bank’s Brentwood banking team. Marchetti’s appointment was announced Thursday by Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington.

Franklin Synergy will relocate the current Brentwood branch to the new Franklin Synergy Bank Building at 134 Pewitt Drive in Brentwood in late June. A mortgage origination office currently housed at Synergy Park Business Center in Brentwood will also move to the new location.

“Chris is a trusted banker for the many clients he has served over the years,” said Herrington. “With more than 20 years of banking experience in the local market, Chris will be a tremendous asset to Franklin Synergy.”

Marchetti’s banking career began in 1988 at Dominion Bank in Nashville. His focus has remained in the Brentwood market through service at BancorpSouth Bank, Premier Bank of Brentwood and The Community Bank, all in Brentwood.

Marchetti is a Nashville native and a graduate of Belmont University. He is also a graduate of the Tennessee Bankers Association Southeastern School of Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt University.

He is active in the community through the Knights of Columbus, Bellevue Sports Athletic Association and St Henry School in Nashville, where he serves as Youth Football and Basketball Coach. In addition, Marchetti serves on the Board of Directors for Nashville Catholic Wrestling.
