Franklin, TN - March 18, 2010 - Mortgage Banker Kevin Watson has joined Franklin Synergy Bank as a Mortgage Consultant. The appointment was announced Thursday by Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington. Watson, a five time recipient of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association award, will be based out of the bank’s Cool Springs Office on Aspen Grove Drive. He joins Franklin Synergy Bank from Bank of America Home Loans, where he held the position of Retail Sales Manager. He previously served as Owner and President of Millennium Mortgage, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee and as Vice President and Branch manager at Carteret Mortgage Corporation in Franklin, Tennessee. His experience includes the Facility Management Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Nashville Branch, where he served as Supervisor.

Watson was a Dean’s List graduate at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He is a graduate of The Core Leadership Coaching Course and Rapport Leadership International’s Leadership Breakthrough I & II. Watson is an associate member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Encouragement Services and served as Chairman of the Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2008. Watson is also active in the community through Williamson County Business Network International and served as past President of the Music City Chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
