Saundra Lee Gregory Joins Franklin Synergy Brentwood Team

SaundraGregory.jpgFranklin, TN - January 5, 2012 - Franklin Synergy Bank has appointed Saundra Lee Gregory as Head Teller in the bank’s Brentwood office. Her appointment was announced Thursday by Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington.

Gregory has many years of retail and account management experience. She owned and operated Saundra Lee’s, a gift and home décor store in Cool Springs and served as Operations Manager of Lee’s Apothecary in Brentwood. Past experience also includes physician recruitment at Hospital Corporation of America and Account Management at Bellsouth in Nashville.

“Saundra is a great addition to our Brentwood team,” commented Herrington. “She is an experienced professional with a real talent for personal service.” Gregory is a Brentwood native, and a graduate of Harpeth Hall School. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Franklin Synergy Bank opened its first branch in November 2007 in Cool Springs and earned its first profit in the first quarter of 2009. The bank reached $100 million in deposits in October 2008, the same month Franklin Synergy opened a branch in the Bennett House in downtown Franklin. The bank reached $200 million in deposits in July of 2009, topped $300 million in December 2010 and $400 million in December 2011. A new Downtown Franklin headquarters and branch opened on Columbia Avenue on May 17, 2010 (the Bennett House branch was closed). An office in Brentwood opened in January 2011.
