With Franklin Synergy Bank’s Telephone banking system, you can access your account information 24/7 by calling our main customer contact number at (615) 236-2963 or toll-free at (866) 834-4837. Use the telephone banking system to perform internal transfers, make payments, and review recent transaction history.
Telephone banking will be option number 6 during business hours and option 3 for after hours from the Customer Call Center menu. Please have your alternate access ID number and your PIN available when you call. If you do not know your ID or PIN, please contact a Customer Care Representative.
You have certain rights under Federal law related to resolving errors and requesting information about your mortgage loan. Error Notices and Information Requests must include your name, mortgage account number and a specific description of the error or a detailed list of the information being requested.
