Welcome to the Franklin Financial Network May 2010 eBulletin!

Dear Friends,
First and foremost, our Franklin Synergy Bank family offers condolences and prayers for our customers, neighbors and friends who have experienced serious damage in the torrential rains and flooding earlier this month. This was a tragic event, but our community will work together to comfort and take care of those directly impacted. We appreciate the efforts of so many wonderful, giving people in our community who have reached out to help total strangers as well as friends, neighbors and family. It is that spirit of giving that makes our community so special.
In the aftermath of the flood, we know that there are people who desperately need help as well as those looking for opportunities to help others. We’d like to assist people in either group and we are working with several agencies to address both short and longer term needs.  Please check our web site ( for information and ideas on how to help others. Franklin Synergy Bank mortgage customers with flood losses may call Brenda Young at (615) 236-4673 for information and possible options for relief.
Franklin Synergy Bank is taking a giant step forward today. We’ve moved from the Bennett House location into our new home at 722 Columbia Avenue in downtown Franklin.  For many of us, we are returning “home” to downtown Franklin.  The doors of our first floor bank opened for business at 8:00 am this morning. The second floor now houses our corporate and bank support offices.
We now have two banking branches: downtown Franklin (Columbia Avenue) and Cool Springs (Aspen Grove Drive).  Our mortgage origination team will continue to be headquartered in the Synergy Office Park in Brentwood.  Our mortgage support area and our Community Bank Services Group will be located at the Cool Springs location.
We are particularly excited to complete our service offerings with the addition of a drive through facility in downtown Franklin for our customers who want the convenience of drive through banking. We know some of you have been waiting for this and it’s now available.   All of this, along with our 24-hour a day banking through our internet branch, speaks to our corporate commitment to customer service.
Over the next several months, we are planning numerous activities to let everyone see our new home and feel our commitment to “high touch, high tech” banking.  We want you to feel welcome in all of our offices and we’re delighted to be able to show you our new headquarters. Please feel free to visit at your convenience. You’ll be met by friendly faces happy to provide great service.
We are very excited about our bank and our new home.  But this would not be possible without our customers and shareholders.  We thank you for your support and ask that you continue to help us tell our story to our neighbors here in Williamson County.

Our Downtown Franklin Office Is Now Open!

We are proud of our beautiful new headquarters on Columbia Avenue. Developed by Hank Brockman of Columbia Avenue Partners, and built by Jim Cross and Century Construction, we are delighted to show it off.
Call or email Aimee Punessen at (615) 236-8329 or to schedule a tour of the building.
Note: Streetscape is still under construction on Columbia Avenue, leaving our entrance on Columbia Avenue unusable. Our side entrance (facing the TMA Group) is the most convenient to our parking lot. Our drive through and ATM drive through are in the parking lot behind the bank.
Mark your calendars for our GRAND OPENING on Tuesday, June 22 from 8:30AM to 10AM.

Franklin Synergy Annual Shareholder Meeting

Our shareholder meeting in late April was a great opportunity for our shareholders to meet with our Board and management team, review our progress in 2009 and hear our exciting plans for 2010. There was fellowship and great food and a chance to catch up with everyone who attended.

Franklin Synergy Flood Damage Hotline

We’ve set up a hotline to assist customers who have experienced flood damage and for anyone who would like to volunteer to help those affected. You may reach our hotline through our website for more information.
