In the aftermath of the flood, we know that there are people who desperately need help as well as those looking for opportunities to help others. We’d like to assist people in either group and we are working with several agencies to address both short and longer term needs. Please check our web site (www.franklinsynergybank.com
) for information and ideas on how to help others. Franklin Synergy Bank mortgage customers with flood losses may call Brenda Young at (615) 236-4673 for information and possible options for relief.
Franklin Synergy Bank is taking a giant step forward today. We’ve moved from the Bennett House location into our new home at 722 Columbia Avenue in downtown Franklin. For many of us, we are returning “home” to downtown Franklin. The doors of our first floor bank opened for business at 8:00 am this morning. The second floor now houses our corporate and bank support offices.
We now have two banking branches: downtown Franklin (Columbia Avenue) and Cool Springs (Aspen Grove Drive). Our mortgage origination team will continue to be headquartered in the Synergy Office Park in Brentwood. Our mortgage support area and our Community Bank Services Group will be located at the Cool Springs location.
We are particularly excited to complete our service offerings with the addition of a drive through facility in downtown Franklin for our customers who want the convenience of drive through banking. We know some of you have been waiting for this and it’s now available. All of this, along with our 24-hour a day banking through our internet branch, speaks to our corporate commitment to customer service.
Over the next several months, we are planning numerous activities to let everyone see our new home and feel our commitment to “high touch, high tech” banking. We want you to feel welcome in all of our offices and we’re delighted to be able to show you our new headquarters. Please feel free to visit at your convenience. You’ll be met by friendly faces happy to provide great service.
We are very excited about our bank and our new home. But this would not be possible without our customers and shareholders. We thank you for your support and ask that you continue to help us tell our story to our neighbors here in Williamson County.
