Neither a wise man nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the train of the future to run over him. ~Dwight D. Eisenhower
We all have big changes in our lives that are more or less a second chance. ~Harrison Ford

Change is part of the fabric of our society, and the pace of change is accelerating. The economic challenges facing our nation and world today will create even more changes. Our best course of action is to accept change and weave it into our lives as a constant.
At Franklin Synergy Bank, managing change is very important to our management team, our customers, and our shareholders. We adapt the way we offer banking services because customer taste and habits have changed. One of the key changes facing us today is redefining the phrase “banking convenience”. Historically, customers chose a bank based on the convenience of a particular bank’s physical location. Today, convenience is more accurately defined as the ease of accessing information.
We discovered several years ago that many of our customers rarely come into the bank; they choose instead to bank electronically. Today more than half of our customers’ transactions come to us electronically and we foresee that within the next few years, less than 20% of banking transactions will be handled by a conventional teller.
Our commitment to customers is that Franklin Synergy Bank will be a leader in change, rather than merely a maker of loans and gatherer of deposits. Our customers want us to be a source of financial information, a keenly interested “partner”, and a provider of products to aid local businesses in becoming more profitable.
For example, we recently introduced a product that although it has been around for some time, has been updated to today’s economic climate: payroll and employment services. These updated tools allow our customer to focus on the specific success criteria of his business instead of dealing with the headaches of writing payroll checks and designing employee benefit packages.
With all the change within our business environment, there are a few things that will never change at Franklin Synergy Bank: our commitment to sound business principles and our respect and appreciation for those in the community who have selected us as their banking partner. In early November, on the second anniversary of our bank’s opening, we honored our “Founders” with a special celebration. Annually, we want to say ‘thank you” in a very special way to our first customers. Our future is bright, due in large part to the trust our early customers placed in our banking team.
Banking is changing, and Franklin Synergy Bank will be here to meet your banking needs. Learn more about our bank at www.franklinsynergybank.com
