Welcome to the Franklin Financial Network March 2010 eBulletin!

Dear Friends,
Community banks like Franklin Synergy have responsibilities to their shareholders, employees, customers and the community. It’s a constant delicate balancing act to satisfy these various constituents of the bank.
At Franklin Synergy, we believe that we have an obligation to give back to the community we serve by supporting projects and visions that benefit the community as a whole. We give both in terms of our time and our money. We take seriously our responsibility to counsel community non-profits as they make investment decisions, devise building programs, make Board of Trustee selections, take risks, manage audit procedures and strategically plan their futures.
We are blessed that our community can look to Franklin Synergy for leadership and financial support.  As community bankers, we expect to take personal time to ensure that community and volunteer projects are successful. We believe that community bankers must be leaders, motivators and planners. Trust is an important element in both Franklin Synergy’s success and in our ability to participate in community volunteer work and financial aid.
Williamson County is our home. We feel a deep moral responsibility to give back to our families, friends and neighbors.  It’s good for Franklin Synergy and good for our community for our bankers to be involved in local efforts to improve living standards in our community.
We thank you for the opportunity to serve in the community; it is our privilege. Call us at 615-236-BANK (2265) or visit our website:
