Welcome to the Franklin Financial Network December 2010 eBulletin!
Dear Friends,
The holidays are such a special time of the year. How often do we say that and not take the time to fully appreciate the extraordinary spirit of Christmas?
Christmas is a time to reflect on the many gifts that God has bestowed upon us, a time to enjoy the fellowship and wonderment of our families, a time to appreciate the quality and uniqueness of our community, and a time to be thankful.
At Franklin Synergy Bank, we have many reasons to be thankful. Our 325 shareholders make it possible for us to operate your bank. We are blessed to be part of a supportive local community and to offer our commitment to high quality service for our customers. We are very grateful to our extended family, who make it possible for our officers and staff to bring you the very best in banking.
I am personally thankful for the extraordinarily talented Franklin Synergy team members who truly care about our customers and who want to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers. We have created an environment that welcomes our customers as friends and cares for our team members as family. It’s a great place to work.
The last couple of years have been challenging because of trying economic times, even in our very prosperous community. We have been humbly taught many lessons during this time, but certainly we have learned that caring, courtesy, and respect are more important than ever.
We want to take this opportunity say “Thank You” to our shareholders, customers, friends, and our community. Our hope is that together we can make this a better community and that together we can make 2011 a more prosperous and fulfilling year.
Merry Christmas!
Richard Herrington

United Way
At Franklin Synergy Bank, we recognize that we are fortunate to be part of such a caring community. We give back to the community, donating our time and money to help our neighbors. This year, we believe it is more important than ever to care for those in our community hit hard by natural disasters and financial hardships.
In 2009, our United Way Campaign was so successful that we were recognized with two leading awards:
  • The Circle of Caring Award, distinguishing company campaigns that are outstanding in key areas such as growth and year round commitment to United Way programs.
  • The Greatest Campaign Participation Award distinguishes campaigns that exhibit outstanding participation.
We’re delighted to announce that our 2010 Campaign exceeded our 2009 Campaign by more than 20%. As in the past, 100% of our employees participated in the campaign. We have a really great team and we are proud of our Franklin Synergy family.
