April 2011 E-News Bulletin

Welcome to the Franklin Financial Network April 2011 eBulletin!

What a day! The grand opening of our new Brentwood office on March 31st was truly an exciting event for Franklin Synergy Bank. We had a “standing room only” crowd to help us celebrate this special occasion. As a community bank, Franklin Synergy can only be successful with the support of our community. We want to thank all of our customers, friends, and supporters who made this day so special.

We look forward to success in Brentwood based on our outstanding team of local bankers. Our team is led by Senior Vice President, Kay Waller. We have enjoyed working with Kay in the past and her customer service attitude epitomizes the culture that makes our bank unique. Kay has been in Brentwood for most of her banking career, and her leadership is well recognized within the community.

Also on our Brentwood team - Stephen Roadman, mortgage specialist, Debbie Marlin, lending assistant, and Carolyn Swearingen, customer service representative.

The official opening of our Brentwood office is an important step in the growth of our bank. In slightly over three years, we have grown to $375 million in assets and $325 million in deposits. When we opened in November 2007, there were 27 banks headquartered in Middle Tennessee that were larger than our bank. Today, there are only 11 banks that are larger.

In our offices in Franklin, Cool Springs, and Brentwood, we seek the opportunity to demonstrate that community banking is alive and well. While other banks may be consumed with internal issues, Franklin Synergy Bank is open for business, making loans available to qualified borrowers. In 2010, we originated nearly $150 million of home loans in the local market. We do business the way community banking has been successfully done for decades.

Our growth and success are products of the support of our local community, our shareholders, and our friends. Thank you for your support and patronage.
