April 2012 E-News Bulletin

Welcome to the Franklin Financial Network
April 2012 Market Update!

Dear Friends,

Spring has gained an early foothold here in Middle Tennessee and it is another welcome reminder that we are very blessed to call Williamson County home. The four seasons are not the only things that change with some regularity, although their timing is a bit easier to predict. The changing economic conditions during the past few years have proved challenging for all of us and have resulted in some unique issues in the world of banking.

Here at Franklin Synergy Bank, our experienced and seasoned team of veteran bankers, investment counselors, and mortgage professionals have helped our clients weather the changes in fine fashion.

Like many of you, I recently took the opportunity to refinance my mortgage in this low interest rate environment. Even though I am “in the business”, I was surprised at the level of detailed information that was required for what I considered to be a pretty basic and straightforward situation. I was very appreciative of the mortgage professionals on our team who helped shepherd me smoothly through that process. It underscored to me that having our own Mortgage Division within Franklin Synergy Bank is now more important than ever before, as I know that our clients are getting the best possible direction and care as they purchase their new home or refinance their mortgage.

Similarly, if you have had the occasion to obtain a loan for personal or business reasons in the last few years, you have no doubt become well-acquainted with the increased level of detail and underwriting banks are now required to perform. Today, it is even more invaluable than ever to have a knowledgeable, experienced, and seasoned Banker on your side. Our team of Bankers has a remarkable depth of expertise and tenure in all different fields of banking, so you can rest assured that whatever your unique situation calls for, we are well-equipped to handle it.

There are many influencing factors beyond our control such as the European debt crisis, volatility in the Middle East, and the price of gasoline. But here in Middle Tennessee, as we and the rest of the country continue to climb out of the recession, we hope you take comfort in knowing that you have the full depth of resources and strength of Franklin Synergy Bank at your beck and call, to assist you with all of your banking needs. As always, we thank you for your commitment to Franklin Synergy Bank.
